A Las Vegas Buffet Filled with Food Famous Buffets Returning

After more than a year off the menu, the famous buffets that so many people know and love are finally returning to Las Vegas. As infection rates ease and things start to get close to normal, restrictions have been eased for casinos across the state. This means that many venues are now starting to offer their buffets again.

Among the casinos to bring back the famous buffets are Circus Circus, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, and South Point. People can now start serving themselves and enjoy the huge choice that these buffets offer for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Not all resorts are yet offering buffets for all meals, but this could change in the near future.

Length Queues Likely at Buffet Hotels

One thing that is causing concern is that the demand for these buffets after so long could lead to lengthy queues at the venues offering them. Those who want to enjoy the buffet offerings at the resorts are advised to call ahead to check the procedure with individual resorts.

Despite this, both the casinos in question and visitors to the resorts are looking forward to the return of the famous Las Vegas buffet. Among those to reopen is the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, and the Caesars Entertainment regional president, Sean McBurney, recently spoke out about this.

He said that the company was very proud of all the work that had been put into the restaurant since it had been closed.

Mr. McBurney said that he was thrilled about:

…the work we have put into it over the past 14 months, from the design and construction to the research and re-engineering of the menu. We look forward to welcoming our guests back and seeing their faces light up when they experience and, most importantly, taste all the new enhancements.

For many in Las Vegas, the buffets offered at casino resorts represent great value for money and ensure that they never go hungry during their time there. Before the pandemic, these buffets were hugely popular, and it came as a real disappointment to many to learn that casino resorts would be reopening without the availability of the buffets.

A Long Wait for Many

For many people – including the casino resorts themselves – it has been an incredibly long wait to get the buffets back on the menu. Since casinos were allowed to start reopening last summer, many facilities had to remain closed due to COVID-19 including buffets, entertainment, nightlife, and more.

After 14 months of buffets disappearing from the Las Vegas scene, they are finally back, and many are hoping they are here to stay.

With the vaccination program still underway and with success rates helping to bring infection rates down, the entire state of Nevada is slowly getting back to pre-pandemic days with casinos now allowed to operate at 100 percent capacity in Las Vegas. This is the latest step towards the famous Las Vegas resorts getting closer to normality.
