Grand Traverse Resort and Casinos, which is owned and operated by The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians, has chosen Konami Gaming, Inc. to power enterprise management for two of its casino destinations.
Situated just outside Traverse City, Michigan, on either side of Grand Traverse Bay, both Leelanau Sands Casino and Lodge and Turtle Creek Casino and Hotel will soon roll out a host of technology solutions through Konami Gaming’s award-winning SYNKROS ® system. These will include:
A subsidiary of Konami Holdings Corporation, Konami Gaming, which is based in Las Vegas, is one of the industry’s leading innovators and producers of casino management systems and slot machines, not just for the U.S. but for the global gaming market as well.
Through the new SYNKROS Offers Management platform, both the casinos will harness a single card solution, which will provide guests with a myriad of loyalty awards at either of the two locations. These targeted rewards will match players’ engagements, amounts spent, and their individual interests.
Customers will also get to experience the brand spanking new SynkConnect Mobile “cardless” player loyalty app. So, with their smartphones, customers can access their loyalty accounts and several other features, including:

The latter is a lotto-style progressive game that will enable guests to add random floor-wide bonus events.
