Leading online gaming solutions provider Playtech has enhanced its live casino platform with the recent release of Quantum Roulette. The company rolled out the new product earlier this week across its Live Casino Network.

As part of the tech giant’s live roulette games portfolio, Quantum Roulette is an amalgamation of great visual, audio, and dealer interactions in a thrilling studio setting, which provides a riveting environment for competitors.

New game features

Based on the rules of Single Zero Roulette, the new game includes multipliers on specific “Straight Up” positions during each round, with up to five multipliers that range from 50x to 500x.

Plus, a unique event, called Quantum Boost, occurs randomly during the game and bolsters the multipliers even further. The feature is designed to either increase many or even all multipliers, which adds to the excitement of the game.

Live casino content

While presenting Playtech’s latest offering, Kevin Kilminster, the company’s Head of Innovation for Live Casino said,

Playtech Live’s focus on an experience-led offering, both from a gameplay and presentation perspective, is central to what makes us stand out in the industry.

He added that in addition to the company’s latest releases over the past nine months, Quantum Roulette has been

designed to deliver on visuals and entertainment alike.

Plus, he said that they’ve already seen players win up to 500 times their stake and are confident that the immersive feel and lively gameplay will

hold great appeal for the modern generation of Live Casino players.

Extensive portfolio

Earlier this year, Playtech rolled out two other roulette games – its first-ever American Roulette title and Spread-Bet Roulette.

Besides its collection of roulette games, Playtech has launched a string of other releases, including Casino Stud Poker, Dragon Jackpot Baccarat, and Hi-Lo Club, which is a revamped version of the company’s previous title of the same name. Their versatile suite of gaming options includes online casino, bingo, live gaming, casual and fixed odds games, and, of course, poker, amongst a host of other events.

All of the gaming solution provider’s latest additions are available on its Live Casino network and have been completely integrated with Playtech’s Engagement Centre. Plus, players can access online, mobile, broadcast, and server-based gaming terminals using a single account for added convenience.

Updated line of native-first products

In August, Playtech publicized that they would roll out an entire line of native-first products so that they align their platform with Apple’s most recent App Store guideline updates, which pertain to the publication of gaming and betting apps.

As per Apple’s directive, gambling app publishers who package their online portals using HTML5 technologies will not be allowed to upload their games on the App Store. Operators’ apps must now feature a native iOS functionality if they want their games to appear on the virtual store.

Though Playtech has had a native casino offering for over three years now, last month, the company said that it is looking at increasing its native-first product portfolio to keep up with the growing demand of these popular products.
