WinStar World Casino and Resort

WinStar World Casino and Resort is the largest Indian casino in the US – and it’s also the second biggest land-based casino in the world, after the Venetian Macau. It offers over 500,000 square feet of gaming space – and that’s just the space that’s occupied with gaming tables! They offer pretty much every casino game you could imagine, including casino table games like Roulette and Blackjack, live poker, and thousands of video slots.

WinStar World Casino and Resort is owned and operated by the Chickasaw Nation Native American tribe; the proceeds from the casino are directly funneled into the local economy, helping to fund vital services such as healthcare and education.

In addition to its famed gambling facilities, the WinStar World Casino and Resort is also a fully functional resort – as the name suggests. There are several hotels located on-site, offering guests a wide variety of options, from affordable budget stays to luxury 5-star offerings. There are also concert halls and theaters where daily entertainment takes place.

WinStar World Casino and Resort is located in the south of Oklahoma, and it takes about an hour to drive to the casino from Dallas-Fort Worth. The land-based casino attracts local residents, but it’s largely tourists – coming for the weekend or on vacation – who make up the bulk of the casino’s revenue.

Foxwoods Resort Casino is not just one of the biggest Indian casinos – it’s also one of the largest land-based casinos on the entire planet! It spans some 380,000 square feet – most of which is gaming space – and the casino offers a huge selection of casino games, including video slots, slot machines, and live poker.

In addition to its casino games, Foxwoods Resort Casino also boasts several different restaurants, a number of hotels – and there is even a fully functional spa, where patrons and external visitors can go for massages and other popular treatments.

Like the Foxwoods Resort Casino, Mohegan Sun isn’t just one of the largest Native American casinos – it’s also one of the biggest land-based casinos in the world. It offers around 300,000 square feet of gaming space, and there’s a fantastic selection of casino games on offer including Roulette, Blackjack, video slots, and live poker.

Like Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun Casino also offers patrons a substantial selection of entertainment options in addition to its gambling facilities. For example, there are several theaters and entertainment venues which host regular shows and gigs. There is also an on-site hotel which can accommodate thousands of guests every night – and plans for a new hotel are currently in development.

Located in the South Eastern part of the state, Mohegan Sun Casino is around an hour’s drive from Hartford, and two hours from both New York City and Boston. The land-based casino attracts both local residents and tourists – albeit not as many as Foxwoods.

Thunder Valley Casino

Thunder Valley Casino is a huge casino resort that’s located in Lincoln, California. It’s not the biggest Native American casino, but it’s definitely up there – and it covers some 300,000 square feet, with most of this space going towards the various gaming tables. Thunder Valley Casino is owned and operated by the United Auburn Indian Community.

Thunder Valley Casino, from the get-go, placed a strong emphasis on hotels; there are several to choose from at the casino, ranging from three-star budget options to five-star luxury villas. There are regular entertainment shows on offer, including comedy gigs and other performances, and tourists come from far and wide to stay at this award-winning resort.

Thunder Valley is located in the Sacramento area, about an hour from the state capital . It is a popular destination for both local residents and tourists.

All the hotels at Thunder Valley Casino feature a number of amenities; these include fitness centers, swimming pools, tons of restaurants – and there’s even a golf course! The resort itself is located on 300 acres of land and is known for its commitment to sustainability; they’ve won several awards for reducing their impact on the environment.
